“Love, love learning at Pardes! The very atmosphere of a beit midrash “buzzing” with bits of texts, ideas that you might have never thought of, concepts that you’ve always considered modern, but in reality, they were on the minds of our ancestors, is invigorating. The chance to live, breathe and feel Torah in Jerusalem among people that love to learn is one of a kind. Having teachers that inspire you to move forward despite your insecurities, lack of language knowledge, and thoughts like “I am too old for this” are truly a gift. My only wish is that I can continue this journey with more confidence every time.”
