“The Peace and Conflict track has greatly enhanced my experience at Pardes. Since college, I have been engaged in peace and conflict issues, specifically strategies for sustainable, grassroots conflict resolution. The track has allowed me to engage with those issues in a new framework, and I am constantly uncovering fresh perspectives by examining them through the lens of Jewish texts, both traditional and modern. Additionally, we are required to experience at least two local events related to peace-building, which pushes us out into greater Jerusalem to personally engage with the issues in our own community; this has been a highlight so far.”
