August 19, 2022 — The ground level of the northern half of the lot continues to drop as excavations continue. The last piece of equipment needed to move a sewage line along the southern wall will arrive in the next few days, which will free up the southern part of the lot for full excavation as well. The tieback contractor also began work this week, drilling the first level of tiebacks in to ensure the walls will not cave in while the next three meters are excavated. Below is a brief video of some work that was done on the site this past week.
