Pardes and Ramah Darom Partner for a Shavuot Experience

Pardes & Ramah Darom join forces for an immersive, first-of-its-kind Shavuot experience!

This exciting five-day Shavuot retreat (May 18 – 22, 2018) will provide an engaging, immersive Jewish learning experience and Shavuot celebration for diverse participants, including families and individuals from a variety of Jewish backgrounds. Held at the lovely Ramah Darom campground in the Chattahoochee National Forest on the northern Georgia border, this event will feature accessible Jewish learning sessions taught by Pardes faculty, complemented by a variety of workshops, events and community-building activities and communal prayer, with Ramah Darom counselors providing age-appropriate programming for kids and teens.

A program highlight will be a lively, all-night Tikkun Leil Shavuot study session open to all. In addition to Pardes faculty, Pardes alumni educators and lay leaders will teach sessions and workshops that build on their diverse interests and expertise.
