The Pardes Experiential Educators Program (PEEP) prepares educators and leaders to strengthen Jewish life and inspire a love of Judaism in camps, schools, campuses and communities across North America and Europe.
Motivated by a vision of these settings as transformative, inclusive environments with the potential to deepen participants’ connection to their Jewish roots and culture, PEEP empowers educators to facilitate joyful, meaningful encounters with Jewish ideas, texts, practices and values. PEEP prepares literate and passionate experiential educators who will model Jewish values and a dedication to lifelong Jewish learning.

Pardes Experiential Educators Program: 1-Year Certificate in Jewish Studies
The Pardes Experiential Educators Program – One-Year Certificate in Jewish Studies is a one-year program designed to enrich the careers of experiential Jewish educators through classical Jewish text study, increased Jewish literacy, professional seminars and active participation in the dynamic and diverse community of Pardes.
The Pardes Experiential Educators Program – Two-Year Master of Arts in Jewish Education is designed for experiential educators who want to live and study in Israel for one to two years. The program combines classical Jewish text study at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies with an online MA from the Jewish Theological Seminary’s William Davidson School of Education.
The Pardes and JTS Joint Program trains outstanding rabbinic leaders for whom Jewish education is their calling. Within this collaborative arrangement, a year of study at Pardes followed by a year of study at The William Davidson Graduate School of Jewish Education counts towards one year of rabbinical studies at JTS, making the joint program a six-year rabbinical studies and master’s program instead of a seven-year endeavor.

The Pardes and YCT Joint PEEP Program train outstanding rabbinic leaders for whom Jewish education is their calling. Within this collaborative arrangement, the year at Pardes counts as a mechina year in preparation for rabbinical studies at YCT.

The Pardes and Yeshivat Maharat Joint PEEP Program trains outstanding rabbinic leaders for whom Jewish education is their calling. Within this collaborative arrangement, the year at Pardes counts as a mechina year in preparation for rabbinical studies at Yeshivat Maharat.
