Application Deadline: September 7, 2023

BACKGROUND

Emphasizing an experience of Jewish tradition that speaks across boundaries, Pardes (www.pardes.org.il) brings together Jews of all backgrounds to connect and grow through the shared language of classic Jewish text. Since its founding in 1972 in Jerusalem, Pardes has empowered Jewish adults of all genders, religious orientations, and upbringings to delve into timeless Jewish texts, engage deeply with Jewish peoplehood, and strengthen their relationship with Israel. Pardes is fostering the Jewish leaders of today and tomorrow, demonstrated by our alumni community of nearly 10,000, which includes countless vision-driven Jewish professionals in leading networks and passionate, inclusive Jewish community-builders across the globe.

POSITION

This professional will interface and nurture connections with prospective students to help them identify the right learning and/or professional development opportunities within the global Pardes ecosystem, ensuring systematic, professional, and efficient hand-off to the appropriate staff. The Specialist will facilitate strategic outreach efforts to prospective students, relevant alumni, recruitment connectors and strategic networks, with both short-term recruitment goals and long-term relationship-building and collaboration goals in mind.
