August 5, 2022 — Currently, there are two excavators working on the lot as well as a rock crushing machine, and dump trucks are hauling out the excavated and crushed earth throughout the day. The goal is to excavate 3 meters down all around the lot so that the first set of tiebacks can be installed next week. Meanwhile, Pardes appeared this week at a District Committee meeting. The Committee rules on any opposition filed against the project before approving new zoning ordinances. The one opposition that was filed was rejected by the city. The Committee will rule on the new zoning in the days to come. Pardes expects the new zoning to pass without a problem.
