The Excavation Permit to dig the foundation of Beit Karen is in the final stages of processing with the municipality of Jerusalem! Pardes is now authorized to formally prepare the site.
This includes a variety of tasks, such as:
- Placement of acoustic/decorative fencing around the lot
- Clearing of all surface debris
- Removal of pavement and/or cement
- Installation of contractor’s on-site office
- Moving electrical lines
- Moving sewage lines
