Pardes and The Union of Reform Judaism Launch a New Program

In addition to assisting synagogues and communities implement 9Adar programming, the Pardes Rodef Shalom Communities Program is pleased to have launched a Community of Practice with the Union for Reform Judaism.

In mid-November, URJ hosted Rabbis Dr. Daniel Roth and Amy Eilberg and lay leaders and clergy from select Reform congregations for the “Creating A Culture of Constructive Conflict” Community of Practice. This year-long program includes text and skills training, support for implementing programs, and more.

For more information on this and other models of congregational learning, contact Rabbi Amy Eilberg, Director of the Pardes Rodef Shalom Communities Program, at amy@pardes.org.
