Academics
The Summer Learning core curriculum is composed of in-depth Chumash (Bible) and Talmud courses. Elective courses are organized in three themed Tracks. Students may select courses in more than one Track.
Classic Jewish Text Track
Learn how Jewish texts interact with, enhance, and confront our modern reality in courses on Jewish Philosophy and Ethics, Jewish History, Zionism, Women in Judaism, and Current Events. Afternoon classes focus on Judaism and social justice, medicine, economics or law.
Contemporary Issues Track
Learn how Jewish texts interact with, enhance, and confront our modern reality in courses on Jewish Philosophy and Ethics, Jewish History, Zionism, Women in Judaism, and Current Events.
Spirituality and Art Track
Feed your creative and emotive sides with courses on Torah Yoga, Hassidut, Scribal Arts, Life and Text, Jewish Art, Torah Trope Cantillation, and Papercutting.

Classes are held from Sunday to Thursday in the morning and on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Students who wish to take Hebrew Ulpan or Supplementary Classes do so on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The first day of the program includes orientation, sign-up for classes, lunch and an opening class.
Participants may attend one, two or three sessions. The curriculum is designed to enable students to benefit from attending consecutive sessions.
