A. How is it Free?
The below only applies to those who qualify for MASA*:

*Participants who qualify for MASA are Jewish, between the ages of 21 and 30, from North America, and have not participated on a long-term Israel Program after September 2004. See Masa Website for more details.

For the 2009-2010 academic year, Pardes has reduced tuition by 40% for all non-MASA students.
